“totally misrepresented on the website. photos from years ago lead one to believe. it's a functioning hotel. paid a ridiculous amount to fund the upcoming renovation. i would expect a refund. highlights: dirty carpet in room, horrible unhygienic repair work in shower, dank and uncared for. reception is a mess, public area look like a doss house. walls peeling... breakfast was meagre and tasteless the WiFi worked, amazing”

“Service was good. The staff was helpful but the linen, bedsheets and pillow cover were dusty. The room in general was dusty. ”

“The room given was lower quality and then later they switched the room and then the quality of cleaning for third class they didn’t clean room. Everyday even after telling them 1000 times on call. ”

“Reception person was playing the game or message on whatapp during my check in, he's very rude. Tooth blush was not there in the room, it's okay. so I requested it but nobody came more than 20 min. Staffs can't understand English. Anyway it's better to not stay for foreigners. There is the reason that price is cheaper than others.”

“This was our first time stay with Hotel Nalanda. It is a nice cosy Hotel with friendly staff. Rooms were nice and clean and food at the restaurant was up to the standard. Restaurant staff was quite accommodating. Overall we had a wonderful stay at the hotel.”
