“This is a great little house with direct beach access. Everything was clean and well furnished. There were some minor things that could use handyman attention, but that seems to always be the case with rental properties. I gave 4 stars on communication because I messaged the host when we got into town and never heard back, but it wasnt a big deal, no telling what might be happening in their life. Would definitely visit again.”

“Check in and out was easy finding condo was easy. Nice set up plenty of space. Plenty of towels plenty of pillows and blankets. We had one setback, but was able to contact management He was very helpful and accommodated us. St. George Island is beautiful. The people there very nice. We met different families and hung out with new people. The kids spent most of their time either in the pool or at the beach. The beach is very close distance definitely renting a golf cart next time to explore the……

“The apartment was clean and very well stocked. I have limited mobility due to a knee injury so I purposely looked for a place with fewer steps. This was ground level and easilly accessible for me. There were 2 steps to get into the bathroom but they were easy to manage. The kitchen has lots of appliances, pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware. The linens were sufficient for two people and clean. The washer and dryer were also convenient. We went out to the dock every night at sunset and it was so……

“This location is perfect. Great to walk right out your door on a boardwalk right to the beach, and restaurants are so close, you can walk. The view is wonderful. We liked this place so much, this was our second stay. Only suggestion is to get the icemaker working on the fridge and clean the ceiling fans.”

“The house was comfortable and clean, in a good location convenient to both the beach and town, and had a very nice new pool! As another positive, the wi-fi was excellent, which made logging on and working in between fun no problem. We appreciate the chance to stay here and had a relaxing time on the island!”

“It’s a stunning home in a great location! My favorite brand for kitchen appliances is Bosch and they have them there. The kitchen is well-equipped with pans, pots, plates, and silverware. The home is spacious and offered everything we needed. Enjoy parking space for cars and golf cart. Be aware when they say check-in is at 4:00pm, they mean 4:00pm. We arrived a few minutes before 4 and the code didn’t work. I called them and found out that the code was set for 4:00pm and not 3:50pm. ”

“We loved the house and the location was very convenient to everything. The small delay on settling in was made right immediately and the house was clean with all the supplies we needed. The manager even brought us a delicious cheese cake the next day, then we were sent a message to go pick up a golf cart for our stay. very nice people to work with. We will be renting this lovely vacation home again.”
