“I was a little nervous booking this property due to all the bad reviews, but the condo exceeded my expectations. It was clean and provided all of the necessities we needed. Towels, bath soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and a fully stocked kitchen was provided. The building is right on the beach and has two pools. The elevators were working fine while we were there and they were conveniently located in the parking garage. This condo was a great value!”

“The location was perfection! Seriously such a good location. Right on the beach with a perfect view from the balcony. The place was very clean at first view, but we moved a chair in the living room and there was broken glass under it, which I stepped on barefooted. Other than that, everything was clean. The door was HEAVY. The kitchen has everything we needed as far as crockpots, coffee maker, toaster, ice maker, waffle maker, pots, pans, can openers, etc… Make sure you bring trash bags. There……

“I couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate my 40th anniversary. The place was clean, had all we needed, and the views were amazing! First time to gulf coast and I fell in love with it. Plan on returning every year in the future. ”

“Nicely decorated condo with everything you need. Spectacular water view and close enough to hear the gulf shore waves. Owner was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!”

“This condo is really spacious for a one bedroom unit, and the half bath is an added plus. The king bed in the bedroom was really comfortable and the whole condo was spotless. The view from the balcony is beautiful. It is close to many great restaurants. The check-in and check-out instructions from the owner were very clear. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Christmas is huge for our family of 20! So we sneak off to the beach every year the day after Christmas to relax! The place was perfect! Plenty of room and the layout is genius (no wasted space). We left the balcony doors open every night just to let the sounds of the waves put us to sleep! ”
