Did not have coffee friday morning and no type of food any morning. The room was good except for blind not working and sink didnt always drain well. Liked the location and ease of parking.

The location was great! Room was decent but the bathroom was nasty and the pool was disgusting. After housekeeping finished, our room smelled like weed! I complained to the front desk but all they said was sorry. We checked out early and booked elsewhere.

The hotel staff called me from a personal cell phone to confirm my booking well in advance of my arrival time to check in based on the booking. They then did not answer the phone when I returned the call, therefore leaving a printout of my booking and handwrote cancelled on my booking that was confirmed with the expedia app. I arrived and they cancelled my booking, took 15 mins before someone came in to check us in, and then charged us more for a last room they had as they gave our booked room away. I filed a complaint through the app saturday evening after arriving at hotel. there were bugs all in the room and no one could be reached in the lobby as they were not in the office.

The room was not what to be expected. Rust, bugs in bed, dirty sheets, old dresser, outlets didn’t work, phone in room didn’t work, no iron or ironing board. Mirror was on side on refrigerator on the wall but couldn’t look in mirror cause you couldn’t move refrigerator to get to it. Mold on ceiling. Ice machine was broke

Hotel not as pictured. It is very run down. They could not find our reservation and while I was standing at the front desk to try and get it straightened out another guest came in stating there was water dripping from the bathroom ceiling, there was mold on the ceiling and there were bugs all over the sink. We did not stay. Luckily we did get a refund and found a great place on the beach.

I was disappointed with the bathroom. Very disgusting. The shower curtain was full of hair. The other problem was like a rodent in the wall scratching all night long. The next morning I went to the office. I recorded the noise. The lady told me no that is not a rodent She stated it was people walking around the building. No it was not the building is made of stucco. The bathroom has no windows. That’s exactly where the noice was coming from. For as much money I paid for the stay at Beachside Resorts I was very disappointed. After really observing the room it was disgusting.

We love staying here and do so about 2 to 3 times a year. We prefer it because of the 3 bed occupancy for our family. It is quiet and near everything we like to do on vacation.

Poorly maintained rooms, found sand in the sheet beds it was more like a motel than a hotel and very expensive too.
