Turtle Dunes is a beautiful, updated beachfront single-family home located in the exclusive, gated community of The Dunes. Lovingly updated and restored, this home is a showstopper! Simply put, it just doesn't get any better than this. The spectacular views are reason enough to stay here but the interior of the home has been given a total face lift. Because every day isn't a beach day, you'll love the access to a community pools and hot tub.

The Space

Ample seating on the spacious deck allows everyone to take in those spectacular sunsets or just sit and watch and listen to the sound of the waves. An oversized dining table is perfectly positioned to take full advantage of the awesome view so even if you dine indoors, you'll still be "on the beach". This beach front home has five bedrooms and five and half baths. Each bedroom has its own private bath. The open common area features a living room with hide a bed, a dining table that seats 14, with room for 4 more at the breakfast bar and a well-equipped kitchen. You will be able to prepare whatever feast strikes your fancy without leaving the beach.

Two of the five bedrooms are on the main level, and both have King beds. Upstairs, are 2 bedrooms with King beds and balcony access, a sitting area with a futon and balcony access and a bunk room with one set of Full over Full bunks and one set of Twin over Twin bunks. In all, Turtle Dunes will comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests.

New additions include electric fireplaces in the master bedroom and living room!

The Dunes and Fort Morgan

Located a scenic 20 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.

Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.

Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain, and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural.
