Beautiful hotel. The room smelled strongly of fresh linens. We loved how close it was to all the fun at OWA. Can’t wait to go back.

Refrigerator didn’t close or get cold ! The body wash and conditioner was empty ! The breakfast wasn’t good at all when telling the front desk at checkout agin about the fridge for the second time and about the body wash and conditioner we was made to feel it was our fault! Also our piece of crap neighbors dog barked all nite and morning the front desk didn’t care !! How would it be our fault the maid didn’t do their job ? Not even an apologies for the dog or the fridge or the soap !!! Won’t ever stay at this place again

Well if the price was free it would have been better and we could have moved in permanently. But we’ll just have to live with that!!!! It was delightful. Thanks for a great stay.. As Arnold S. Would say “WE’LL BE BACK!”

We booked this hotel and later called to verify our reservation. The hotel staff stated that they didn’t have our reservation information and didn’t have any open rooms. We tried to explain to them that the money had already been taken out of our account and have refused to provide a refund even though their staff told us they didn’t have our reservation.

Enjoyed everything. Just couldn’t figure out how to get the sofa bed out which was a bummer because my kids were looking forward to that. Besides that everything was great.

Marriott used to have better bedding sheets etc. Sofa bed not really a bed, more like a hard sofa. Kids were uncomfortable all three nights.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, don’t expect to sleep in and then enjoy the free breakfast. They stop serving at 9 am which to me is crazy considering people don’t want to rush in the mornings if they’re staying at a hotel on vacation. Otherwise, it’s convenient to the Owa Park if traveling with kids. And they’re long overdue for some new luggage carts!

We really liked and would like to come back another time when we could stay longer and enjoy water park etc. Loved the kitchenette area, very clean. Only negative, during all of our showers the water turned cold halfway through.

Got back to my room. And saw all different sizes of roaches. There was about 20! On the floor behind the refrigerator in the closet in the bathroom one on the bed. Because like I was in a horror film. The staff said I could move rooms and offered to move hotels and then was told we cannot move hotels we canceled. I was given a refund. Room. 329.

We asked for towels at least 3 times over a 24 hour period before we received them, and were told no about getting them from the housekeeping staff, and that they werent any ready by the front desk

It was a bit of false advertisement a lot of of the things that they show they did not have on the property. Also, the room was not clean… detergent to wash dishes was half full one bar of soap, half a roll of toilet tissue no replacement units overall definitely not worth the price who was dirty did not have the rooftop area or the second pool

Very nice hotel. I love that you can walk out the back to Owa. It’s so pretty to walk at night. The waterpark & rides at Tropic Falls were so fun! The floor in the bathroom of the hotel could have been a little cleaner for my liking. The vent appeared to be broke so it was hot, steamy & had some mold on the ceiling due to this. I would fix the vent & clean that mold in room 108. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was picked over & had long lines so we opted to eat elsewhere each day. I brought extra towels due to the reviews of them not having enough towels, but we never ran into that problem. I would stay again, but would for sure request a room that had a bathroom that had a working vent & no mold.
