“I travel and have been in customer service over 30 years. This hands down was one of the best staff I have ever had the pleasure of staying with. The room absolutely needed updating . You can tell there was. A lot of staining on the carpet and furniture. The down stairs, outside and other part of the facility I saw was beautiful. People constantly cleaning, smiling. Asking I needed anything. Great night stay. ”

“Beautiful hotel. Wonderful location. Great snacks in the room. Rooms run small since its a old hotel. Only 2 elevators for all floors including for staff use, so there can be a wait. Especially if one of the elevators goes down, which happened on check out day. Other than that, really enjoyed it. ”
