“Location: 5 out of 5 Friendliness: 4 out of 5 Cleanliness: Shower needs a thorough deep cleaning as fungus/ molds formed in between tiles already. Jacuzzi needs a periodic deep cleaning. As we did it ourselves when we arrived. Some things from the old guests left inside the room like old slippers. Overall the whole hotel room needs a general cleaning from the ceiling to the floor. Esp. Under the bed and walls. A bit difficult to tackle this issue if the receptionist can’t speak english. ”

“The food was not good. The salat bar was the same every day. The breakfast was left overs from the day before. NOT GOOD. The all inclusive concept, did only have vodka, with juice or cola! As a free drink.. 👎 And they was turning eyes of some of the guests. The hotel in general was nice and clean, cleaning every 2. Day, and new towels when you want. Area around the pool was nice and clean all the time. I could com back, when they dont have all inclusive anymore. 👍”

“The all inclusive food is not up to the standards of All Inclusive Hotels in Mexico and Western European Countries. Same for this restaurants at the hotel. Limited drink selections. This is all somewhat to be expected because the cost is lower than All Inclusive Hotels in Mexico and Western Europe. We stayed in mid October and the weather was hot and Humid.”
