“This property was perfect for our family Memorial Day trip! Great location, perfectly appointed! Our family of 9 had plenty of space and really enjoyed the home. Host was an excellent communicator and made everything so easy for us. Front porch is amazing and the dock is in a great/quiet location on the lake. Would definitely recommend and hope to return!”

“Welcoming, charming, peaceful, cozy home with responsive hosts! There is enough space in this sweet home for everyone to find a quiet area if needed. The apartment downstairs is a bonus! My husband and I went there while our adult children and their fiancé’s, along with my brother from Las Vegas used the bedrooms, which were large and comfortable. everyone went home, wanting to purchase the mattress brand as the beds were so cozy and comfortable. Even my Tiger and her friends came to hang……

“Great location for what we needed to do in this area. A bit of trouble receiving check in info in a timely manner but all worked out in the end when I called and left a message with host after not receiving a response from two emails for same. The unit itself was well appointed but does not have a window. Bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of bath towels and complimentary water in the mini fridge,but no extra coffee cups anywhere. It takes a little time for the hot water in the shower……

“Enjoyed our stay. The only improvements that could be made was better lighting. With no windows in the unit, it was a little dark. Also it would have been nice to have a box of Kleenex for our use. Not a deal killer.”

“Beautifully appointed boutique property. Huge common area with table seating for 12, couches, arm chairs and a massive TV. Our room had two king sized beds with incredibly comfortable memory foam topped mattresses. Bathroom was also really big with a soaking tub. Owner was very responsive. Access via codes was seamless. 10 minutes from campus on a quaint Main Street with lots of dining options. Very reasonably priced given that the local hotels gouge you on Clemson event weekends. “We booked this bungalow for our family to attend our granddaughter’s graduation from Clemson. The location was ideal—just a short drive to and from Clemson for the ceremony and other festivities—and great for walking to downtown Seneca to restaurants and shops. The owners were so kind and left us a wonderful bottle of wine to celebrate with! The bungalow had ample room for the 6 of us to sleep, eat, and watch TV comfortably. We enjoyed some time on the front porch and a brief stay in the……

“I don't know that we will have a need to be meet or vacation in or near Fair Play, SC in the future, but if we do, we will definitely recommend and would stay here again. Large, well-appointed home. I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the property and its location. ”
