“Great room and friendly staff. A bit hard to get to when travelling to and from Library Chowk. Driver is fast and efficient when dropping you off to places, but he’s your only option as Taxi/Uber are not allowed to drive down Pall Mall after 8pm, unless you have a private driver or chaffeur from another establishment. Great facilities. Would recommend for slightly experienced travellers.”

“Great location,walking distance to mall road and all eateries, markets. Courteous and helping staff. Very friendly and accommodating.Very good food, great breakfast. Rooms are okay, but bathroom need repairs, refurbish, it smells. At check in, they charged me full of my entire stay, instead of Blocking the amount on card. This is not fair, I argued, but she said its policy. You should mention it when we do booking.”

“The Claridges Nabha Residence is located in a quaint ledge of the mountains near Mussoorie. You can get a nice view of the peaks above and, partly, of the cliff below. The property itself is beautiful but it is evident that it has seen better days. You can see broken vases and plant pots in places and some of the common areas could use some renovation. Even so, it does exhude a cozy charm that stems from its turn-of-the-century architecture and quiet bliss, away from the main city. The staff……

“It is a decent stay option but far away from mall road. I stayed in Luxury suite but it was nit luxurious as per 3* star hotel standards. Tea/ Cofee/ Complimentary water bottle/ hand towel were missing in the room. Intercom was not working. Staff was cooperative and served good food”
