Clean and comfortable room for a one night stay. Bathroom and room were spotless. Basic necessities provided like microwave, fridge etc. easy access with code being sent to you. No need for checking with staff.

Self check-in with a code texted to you before you arrive. Never done that before, thankfully there were no problems. Gundagai is a nice country town.

The mattress was extremely hard the toilet leaked, it was very noisy, toilet was soiled when we arrived hard to clean it.

No mention that’s is was an automated check in, no sms received advising codes, took 3 phone calls to get codes, room 30 is stuck right back in a dingy corner, 1/2 roll of toilet paper, maybe 6 tissues left in box, no staff save for some bloke walking round with a scowl on his face like you were nuisance value, $145 for this room is a joke, don’t know who wrote the reviews that i read but hope they were paid well

Loved the check in, very easy, but still like human contact sometimes. Loved the Services club across the road. Chinese food was yum. Loved the walk around town, very quiet and peaceful after a day on the road with idiot drivers. A great place to break up the trip and relax for a while.
