“Be informed! There is someone renting the basement level of this house. We did not know this going into the rental as it wasn't noted anywhere on the site listing. I contacted the rental owner and they apologized for the oversight and promised they would update the listing. To the owners credit they made it right. “Our extended family consisting of 7 adults and 5 children enjoyed the holidays immensely in this house! There was plenty of space for everyone, the children loved having the downstairs bunk room to themselves, and the location was beautiful! We even had a family photo session as the spot was so picturesque! It was centrally located, so easy to get around. It's fairly visible from town, set against the red rocks, so the kids had fun pointing put the "Christmas house" whenever we were out. The……

“My mom and I stayed here for a conference. It was perfect for our own space. We each had a bedroom and bathroom to ourselves. We didn’t cook so I don’t know how stocked it was. But it had everything that we needed for our stay. It is ground floor which was perfect for my mom. ”

The occupancy of our place was for several more than what was aloud at the pool area at the las plamas resort which was disappointing. The bunk beds were so squeaky.
