“This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. The property listing was completely misleading. It advertised WiFi (there was none), two Queen beds (only one Full bed was in the unit), and a working smart lock—which failed within hours. I never received the access code or unit number until after the scheduled check-in time, and only because I asked. The host never proactively shared it or responded to a single message after that.Because of the lack of WiFi, incorrect sleeping accommodations,……

“Seriously there are not words to describe how horrendous of experience this was...Sooooooo...I didn't know what I was expecting but definitely wasn't expecting what I saw when I unlocked the door to this property... it was a unique distinct smell of old folks home and weed...I have kids and couldn't stay there...from the broken blinds to the unsecured windows that don't lock in an old run down apartment complex...it wasn't safe and definitely wasn't sanitary...We ending up getting a hotel……

“Does not fit 6 people. Only 4. I have two sons that are around 6 foot and they had to sleep on the floor. The bathroom does not have a door. Made things very awkward since we were staying with in laws too.”

“Cozy, comfortable bed. Nice neighbors, close to everything we needed. My husband, myself, a 9 year old, and 20lb dog stayed for a long weekend visiting nearby family. We would stay again. Thank you!”

“Not only did Alexandria double book the unit twice after Vrbo took my money but she refuses to refund the 2 nights she double booked. The first night and the last night. I have asked her for a refund on several occasions and have been lied to each time, first she was going to Venmo me the money then it was she was going to PayPal the refund and lastly she used Vrbo. Don’t trust this woman!”

“It was very nice & clean! There were just a couple of things- no extra sheets for the inflatable mattress, which we were told would be delivered at some point during our stay but never did receive them. Another thing was the couch, it definitely needs an update! It’s a little itchy from the fraying. And lastly, would have loved to have a TV in the room along with a dresser for more storage! But overall enjoyed our stay! Great and quick communication.”
