All staff members are very courteous, warm and helpful.

Probably the most comfortable hotel bed ever!! The hotel is a little tired and could do with a refresh but overall the friendly staff, good gym and food make up for it.

Excellent service! Nice and clean hotel. Breakfast was really luxuary, exemple omelette and pancakes, plus included coffee, bread, juice from buffet. The hotel had a very friendly and helpful staffs, Mr. Kulbir & Mr. Ram. Thanks guys!

The hotel is the worst hotel in gurugram. Maybe there were harsher words I could use. Let me list the issues we faced:
1. At night either the hotel staff / guest above our room started moving tables / chairs around and produced squeaking noises for the whole night. After severally complaining again and again at front desk, no body did anything. They continued to lie it was not there anymore or will stop.
At the end after 3 hours of painful noises, and no help from hotel staff, we requested the hotel to move our room, but again they continue to do nothing. Staff at night has no training for customer service whatsoever. At the end at 2am in morning we had to take all our belongings and camp at the reception for the people to understand the frustration it had caused us. This is the worst hotel ever.
2. At the morning breakfast, for both days they continue to tell us tell us they have no tables and offered us to go to another restaurant where they was little selection of food and no service whatsoever. The food was absolutely tasteless and cold and nobody trained was present. The staff was chit chatting at the corner the whole time and we had to ring a siren to get anyone’s attention. It was a gruesome experience.
3. The hotel room was unclean, hair everywhere in the bathroom and the room. They didn’t even bother to vacuum to clean the sheets properly. It seems either they are too overwhelmed or don’t care.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

The lobby is nice and elegant. Rooms however lack cleanliness. Our bedsheets were dirty and so was the bathroom, however when we informed staff they promptly changed the sheets. The bathrooms and bathtubs need to be cleaned properly if they wish to maintain their standards.
