Staff was nice, property overall clean and in decent repair, however, there are a few things that could use repair/attention (floor trim tile in bathroom, broken case TV remote, loose electric outlets that didn’t allow for phone charging, broken luggage rack in room, elevators that haven’t been vacuumed since before we arrived over a day ago, splatters/smudges on mirrors). These items aren’t necessarily deal breakers, but they do indicate there is room for improvement in attention to detail. I found the bed to be very comfortable and we slept well, and that is most important. I would stay here again.

Third rate hotel. Room not clean with visible stains on carpet, soap scum coating shower doors, tv remotes broken, mirrors all smudged. Towels thin and beds way past their prime. Breakfast was poor. Definitely not up to Hampton Inn standards. Yet another example of why NOT to stay in a non-American run hotel. Pass this one by. You’ll be glad you did. No es bueno.

We stayed here due o having state gymnastics meet in Stillwater. The hotel is nice. We picked this hotel due to indoor pool. And having kids they were excited to swim. The pool was closed. I called before we arrived and was told maintance was suppose to work on pool. When we showed up, pool was still down and told they weren’t able to work on it. It was a big let down for the kids because that was the whole purpose of staying at this hotel. Overall hotel is clean though. Beds are okay and pillows aren’t great. Take your own if you like different pillows.

The hotel was really dirty like in all aspects (lobby, hallways, elevators, and rooms). I do not think this place has had a real cleaning in years. For example, the window blinds, towel rack, and TV mount in the room were broken. The back of the bathroom door has probably never been cleaned. There were brown smudges on the wall by the toilet paper dispenser. The carpet was gross. There were white markings all over the couch. Previous occupant toothpaste markings on the bathroom mirror. I could go on. When paying almost $500 for the weekend, I would expect a better level of cleanliness. Especially from a Hilton hotel.

Room had no chair at desk. I checked in at 4:40 and asked for a chair from from desk clerk at 6p. Came back to room at midnight....no chair. Huh? Asked for water coming into property...no greeting - digital keys are great but staff does not know who you are walking into property. Furniture in eating area is VERY uncomfortable. Chairs too low, table tops too high. Do you ever sit in this area? ADA rooms should be close to exit/entries for accessibility. FYI

The property and hotel were nice enough, but the bathroom trash can did not have a liner and it was very dirty. Also, for some reason we were given a handicap access room and the drain in the bathroom floor was very dirty. In addition, several of the electrical outlets did not work and the TV didn’t work much of the time either. Wi-Fi was very spotty as well. Finally, for some unknown reason the hotel lobby music played all night and it was necessary to use earplugs on the first floor to block out the sound in the room. That made no sense at all.
