Let me first say that the hotel desk clerk went above and beyond to resolve what could have been a really bad situation! We didn’t arrive to the hotel until almost 9pm. The desk clerk informed me that ‘someone’ checked us in and put someone else in our reserved room. Because there was a big rodeo in town, the hotel was sold out, as was most of the other hotels in the area! The desk clerk made a phone call and it was decided to give us room 107 ~ which was ‘dirty’ and needed to be cleaned first! Her, the maintenance guy, and the guy she was training, took about 15-20 minutes and turned the room over to us! Our only complaint, if there was one to give, was that the tv was out of order. We had a great night’s rest, and a great selection at breakfast in the morning.
