“We had a wonderful 2 weeks stay at Floyd’s place. The place is just as described. A nice place to relax away from noise and traffic. Big and spacious with a nice balcony facing the wind. Gated community, Security cameras, monitor, and locked gates. It has a/c in some rooms but Floyd is about to upgrade a/c throughout the house. Floyd waited for us to arrive and had snacks available for us in the house. He was very communicative and responsive and made sure we were comfortable. Couldn’t expect……

He even washed my cousins laundry, while there. The area was safe and convenient. Communication could use a little work, but it wasn't the worse. He was responsive, but could be a little more.”
