“We had a wonderful 2 weeks stay at Floyd’s place. The place is just as described. A nice place to relax away from noise and traffic. Big and spacious with a nice balcony facing the wind. Gated community, Security cameras, monitor, and locked gates. It has a/c in some rooms but Floyd is about to upgrade a/c throughout the house. Floyd waited for us to arrive and had snacks available for us in the house. He was very communicative and responsive and made sure we were comfortable. Couldn’t expect……

“My family and I came back to Guyana after 33 years. The home met all our needs AC in the the main living area and portable AC in 2 of the 3 bed rooms. The third bedroom had a ceiling fan / stand up fan with a patio to enjoy the sea breeze. We were able to enjoy the fresh fruits from the trees (mango, papaya, cherry and sugarcane. The seawall is less than a two minute walk The neighbors are friendly, and we felt very safe and comfortable in the home. I had a concerned question. The host……
