"Ensemble très moyen, mais l’inacceptable est que le matin de notre départ, pas d’eau et pas d’électricité. Donc pas de douche, pas de toilette… Je demande un dédommagement et je ne comprends pas que « hôtels.com » puisse mettre en avant ce genre d’hébergement. Je contacte « hôtels.com » à mon retour ..."

"- the entrance atmosphere felt a bit cold as the half of the common area including the lobby was under renovation - they called us multiple times late evening and early morning to confirm safari details e.g. time or dietary requirements for the lunchbox.. all of this could have been done upon checkin ..."
