“A rather nice hotel by the Raba River, only 10 min. walk from the train station and 5 min. walk from the city center. The B/F is good enough, and a supermarket (Interspa) nearby is a big plus. There is almost no Wi-fi signal in my room (217), I have to go to lobby to get connected. However, if I come to Gyor again, I'll still stay at this hotel.”

“Though the hotel looks aged, it is very clean and air-conditioning functions very well. The ceiling of my standard single room is high and it makes the room more spacious. The wifi signal is strong. The buffet breakfast is tasty and with many food to choose. The staff are friendly and efficient. Its location is super. However, the noise of flushing in neighboring rooms is noticeable while human noise is still minimal, possibly it is related to the pipes in the building. With such a price and……

“This small hotel was a nice discovery. It’s part of a sport club and connected to a very nice park. It was very close to the wedding venue we attended and easy to navigate to and from.”

“Barrok Hotel is in an excellent location close to many restaurants and shopping. It is just off the main square providing for a very quiet stay but very close to all of what the Promenade has to offer. It is very close to the underground Dunakupa parking lot. The hotel is in a walking only area and you cannot drive your car in front of the hotel to drop off luggage or check in. You must park you car in the underground parking lot.
