“Apartment was fine, heavily used though and some things were wornout or broken ( no knob on the ceiling fan switch, one window wouldn't close properly). But the staff were very friendly and the area was very quiet.”

“This property is old and very dated. There was no communication leading up to our reservation.i had to call multiple times to find out which unit to stay in and then to figure out where the unit was. The unit itself is not welcoming. It is dreary and old. There is no place to relax. No toiletries are provided. The walking times on the listing are not accurate. It is a 15 minute drive to Cape Hillsborough Beach. The only positive was it did have hot water and the bed was clean. I would not stay……
