“The absence of customer-facing people is a problem. I tried to get check-in instructions by emailing in advance, and calling the Penzion, but only got them on the day of my arrival. “The hotel is conviently located near city center and the main station within walking 5-10mins distance. The reception staff is a little bit cool but helpful especially when I say “Dekuji”(means thank you). There's a microwave, a sink, a small fridge, and some tableware can be use in room. “Unpleasant experience. I paid $140/night but the bath room heating is broken in freezing winter. At first night, I ask them to repair but the reception told me that they will have annual party that night and will have someone to fix it the next day. The next day, They send someone to repair but still can not fix the problem, so the we used a bathroom without heating for 2 nights. ”

“The property seemed to be in the middle of construction/remodel. The apartment itself was spacious but was unfinished. The space under the tub was untitled, the floors in the door frame were missing separators, and most importantly, there were no window coverings on any of the windows, nor was there a shower curtain or door. It felt like we were given a room that was close but just not quite finished. Also, we were on the 6th floor but the elevator only went up to 5. Better than nothing! If……
