“Nice spacious modern room with comfortable beds, kitchen, large island, and roomy bathroom containing two sinks and laundry in the heart of Shibuya. Location was fantastic--only minutes from Shibuya crossing and station. We very much appreciated the wonderful customer service both at check-in (personless) and in changing our reservation. The only negative was the shower is quite tiny but was made up by the large, well-lit bathroom. ”

“Pros: 1. The property is clean and a short walk to three lines in the subway. 2. Quiet area that’s very clean and safe. 3. Easy access to convenient stores. 4. Property management was very responsive. Cons. 1. Very small. If two people stay here they should be married or in a relationship as there is very little room or privacy. 2. The interior feels like that of a camper trailer. 3. There is a washing machine but to dry your clothes you’ll need to hang them in the shower to dry. The……

“A perfect spot for a small family of 3. We enjoyed the balcony, the ability to do laundry, air con (a necessity when it’s 100 degrees and humid in the summer!!) and have space to hang out after a busy day being tourists. The location is great, located on the red M line that connects to Tokyo Station in a few stops. We chose it for its location and it worked out very well. Check in was easy, communication was easy. It was a great spot. Would highly recommend. ”

“We loved how spacious this property was for us. (Family of 4 who are pretty all on the taller side). The place felt like home right away. The elevator was quick and efficient, we felt safe and private. The place had a beautiful source of sunlight and illuminated our place with nice vibes. At night we heard the fire station a few times but it wasn’t that bad. And only other con is that the address provided is difficult to find for taxi drivers. There is no sign that says hotel re:once……

“Pros:Convenient location to the nearest station. The room/kitchen was very clean. Quiet neighborhood with nearby supermarkets & local restaurants. Con’s: Forgot there’s no elevators. We had 4 heavy suitcases to haul up and down to the 4th floor however, it was a nice corner location . Great for long stays. ”

“Very close to train station and not too far from Haneda airport. I like that it's not too close to downtown Tokyo, so I get to see more local people and less tourists. ”
