“We were very happy with the cleanliness of the property and very well supplied from dishes to paper goods. We did have a problem with the heat for two nights because we did not understand how the system works. It is controlled to only heat to 73 degrees and we were there in December, exceptionaly cold. “We were please with this top floor property which was only 3.5 miles where we were for graduation weekend. The apartment is well-appointed and quiet. Karl was an excellent and highly responsive host. Some reviews mention difficulties accessing the driveway because of the unusual road intersections there, but we did not find that an issue. The parking is ample and behind the building. Nice yard, patio, and grill area. Not fancy but very functional. We would stay there again.”
