“ I arrived with my children around noon and was informed by customer service that our room was not yet ready. However, they reassured me that cleanliness was a top priority and that the wait would be worth it. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive, having never stayed at a small-chain hotel before, but I kept an open mind. Around 3:30 PM, I returned and was completely impressed. “Overall the property was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms were good-excellent, but slightly dated. No big deal. The grounds and location were excellent with proximity with the lake, shops, dining, etc. Perhaps it was a bit on the expensive side, but there were a lot of amenities to support the higher cost. I selected the property for convenience and my accommodations were more than sufficient. I would stay here again. ”
