“Richard was the ultimate host. Responsive and accommodating. There was a last minute issue with the original unit we reserved and Richard notified us ASAP with a detailed explanation. He then proceeded to move us to the other unit without even asking, which had amazing views of Cranmore mountain. The unit was clean, quiet and in an excellent, centralized location to skiing, shopping and restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay and will be looking into booking again for next year’s trip.”

“I stayed here with my girlfriend. We both loved how beautiful the house was and the scenic property. There are wonderful amenities and activities for entertainment. The hot tub was a great feature! Overall the house was perfect, very clean, the bed was so comfortable and the game area downstairs made it a fun stay! Would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a peaceful, fun retreat! ”

“Centrally located in Lincoln Center, surrounded by restaurants and shops, and less than 2 miles from Loon Mtn. About 4 miles from stunning Franconia Notch State Park. The unit was very cute, and perfect for me and my 2 teen kids. We were able to easily cook meals and watch Netflix. The only thing we were disappointed by was the pool area. The indoor pool was freezing, the jacuzzi was lukewarm, and the sauna in the women’s locker room didn’t get over about 75 degrees. There was some construction……

“I stayed for a long weekend with my spouse, 3 cousins, 1 dog, and 3 girls age 9-11. We all had a blast with the indoor pool especially the kids. The pool table also got a lot of use. I liked that there were TVs and thermostats in every room. The house was very clean and cozy. The host Andrea was easy to communicate with when I had any questions and got someone out quickly to plow the driveway when we got a ton of snow overnight. There’s also a lot to do in the area like outlets and restaurants.……

“This is a cute small space - great for one person or a couple. The owner was very responsive to a particular issue and that is extremely helpful in a winter situation.It is close to ski mountains and hiking trails for those in the summer months. Off the beaten track and quiet.”

“Location was perfect! Close to mountain, close to town, stores, restaurants. Rental was clean, well appointed, and spacious for my family of 4 with 3 friends joining in for the fun.I would definitely rent here again in the future.”

“Stay was great. Great communication from Rick. Hallway carpets were being redone, so i caught it at a tough time, but the amenities, location, and overall feel of the lodge was great for me and my kids. Easy access to town. Room had everything needed. Kids had a blast in the pool and game room. Very clean overall, a few blemishes/stains on furniture, etc, but nothing alarming or concerning.”

“Such a great weekend in the mountains. Easy to get to, super quiet and clean. Big windows for natural light. Just a really great cozy cabin, and I loved how dog-friendly it was. I would 100% stay again! ”
