“We stayed here for a girlfriends 3 night weekend get away. We really enjoyed Vern's cabin !!The cabin had everything we needed. It is very peaceful and serene there. We really enjoyed the patio for coffee in the morning, the fire pit at night, and watching the river. We saw & heard lots of birds, eagles & Blue Herons....Bunnies and a big turtle too. The cabin is not fancy but it is perfect for a get away. Redwing is right there and we had a lot of fun shopping, eating out, and checking out……

“My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home overlooking the Mississippi river. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The home has lots of space, high end appliances, and comfortable furnishings. We had a great time exploring nearby Red Wing, and stopping for a drink at Mr. Sippi just down the road. We are already planning our next visit! ”

“Cabin small, but mighty! Nicely appointed. Perfect for a couple. Deck chairs and grill for our Big Dawg brats, were a bonus! Tree swings by water were perfect for morning coffee. Birds, boats, turtles, deer, bunnies, hummingbirds....Oh My!Property well kept. We enjoyed our time and the close proximy to biking trails, restaurants, museums and pottery shop. Annie was very responsive to all our inquiries. Would stay again if in the area! C&A”

“Our stay was fantastic. The views from the house are amazing. The landscaping is incredible and sitting on the deck and looking at the views and the ships going by in the distance was wonderful. The house was very clean and very quiet. The beds were comfortable. We did not use the hot tub, but it appeared to be very clean. Everyone had a wonderful time. and we would definitely go back. “We all had an amazing time in such a beautiful location. Very secluded with a wonderful fire pit. Although we did not have a fire. We did enjoy the hot tub very much. The grill was awesome to use and the chairs on the deck were were terrific. We especially love the springed in court. The best part about this place was the fact that was the first time we could all sit around the table together and have a meal without taking turns. Even the door is cute! “Our family of 8 including grandparents, adult kids, and grandchildren had a wonderful time at this property. We all live in the twin cities and suburbs and decided to rent this property which was only a short drive for all of us. The property was just as described as shown in the VRBO posting so there were no surprises. Video games and the pool kept everyone entertained the whole time. “I was looking for a place to stay near Liberty Tree Farm that had a nice kitchen for food preparation. Banner Cottage had a well-equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed the back deck and browsing through the many shops in Stockholm! The earplugs that were made available by the property manager were much appreciated with the nearby train tracks.
