“The hotel aims to be a diverse resort, but the actual management appears chaotic and inefficient. Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island.”

“We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. Incredible views from our room & balcony. We even saw some wild goats. Nice walk to town and around the bend. Everyone very helpful and friendly. Great deal of major construction going on in town & in the waterfront in front of the hotel….but it was OK…..even interesting to watch. Enjoyed our morning breakfast every day. Beautiful location amongst the karsks.”

Personnel très à l'écoute et surtout très professionnel. Les chambres sont belles et très propres. Le coin piscine est un gros plus. Merci a toute l'équipe.”
