“Bettlaken war bei Anreise schmutzig. Wurde nach Beschwerde sofort gewechselt. Versprochener Drink aufs Haus wurde nie eingelöst. Zimmerreinigung angkündigt nur alle 3 Tage (ist ok). Dazu fand man aber auch noch ein Schreiben im Zimmer, sollte man in der Zwischenzeit Handtücher benötigen, müsste man 30,- Euro extra zahlen. Keine kaffeemaschine oder wasserkocher oder kühlschrank im zimmer. Für den Preis ist die Ausstattung sehr mäßig. ”

“Our twin room was very spacious. The hotel was very beautiful and quiet. And it had an elevator. The staff was very accomodative. We had a welcome drink of the hotel's wine. We booked halfboard, the dinner was excellent and the breakfast was rich. We also bought some wine and grape juice from the hotel. ”

“Fullständigt ljuvligt hotell. Trevligt bemötande redan i receptionen. Restaurangen serverade mat även sent på kvällen, till vår lycka, vi kom ganska sent. Maten var riktigt god, välbalanserad och perfekt komponerat. Vi tog en drink i baren och la pris på att de använde färska råvaror och inte smaksatta siraper. Rummen rymliga, lyxigt inredda, och sköna sängar. Tyvärr kunde vi inte prova spa-et. Frukosten är ett kapitel för sig, godare, fräschare och bättre frukostbuffé har jag aldrig sett.……

“Disclaimer: my 6 year old son wrote some some of this because of how much he liked the hotel. Very nice hotel, the top quality was the staff. They are very very nice and helpful, especially that I had family with me, they helped with the kids a lot, with parking and taking car out when we needed it, always with a smile on their face. “Es un piso en una edificio, no hay recepción. Es complicado para hacer el check in y poder entrar en el piso. Primero hay que entrar en el edificio y no hay manera de saber como entrar. No sé que hice pero al final la puerta se abrio. Luego, hay que descargarse una app, y registrarse allí para poner abrir la puerta con su propio movil. En mi caso, me registré pero no funcionaba la app y tuve que buscar online un telefono de contacto. Allí me dieron el codigo para abrir una caja donde estaban……
