“This place was perfect! Exactly as pictured - even better!! We stayed for a family wedding and could not be happier with the size and layout of the house and the property location in regards to all major attractions in Central Florida! The place was immaculate and well-stocked! The rooms were very comfortable and big - the many bathrooms were so nice. Next door is a gator attraction with a pub and gift shop - highly highly recommend - especially the boat tours!! We would DEFINITELY stay here……

“The Residence was the perfect setting for a girls trip. All of us were 65 years old and we loved being able to take a walk around Baldwin Park every morning, use the pool, and then go into Winter Park. The house had everything we could possibly want. We loved grilling outside by the pool for dinner. We ate out for lunch every day. Would highly recommend and return to this property. Caitlyn was wonderful to work with.”

“This house was clean.and recently updated! we really loved the pool area. It has a privacy fence all the way around and some newer furniture! It has a great vibe with some small palm trees and the colorful light in the pool which made night time even better.we really felt secluded and it was nice to have some privacy. only 20 mins from the airport,Disney and Universal. Walmart , Publix and several restaurants are all near the home. ”

“Very clean and also easy check in so was very impressed overall and will definitely be back in the future. Would very much recommend if your coming for theme parks as was only about 25 mins drive away.”

“We had multiple generations of our family all meet up in Orlando to celebrate a graduation. Three couples, two grandmas, and a newborn. All of the bedrooms were spacious, two had an en-suite (one upstairs and one down). Overall there are two bedrooms downstairs (1 with en-suite , one next to the half bath) and three bedrooms upstairs (one with en-suite and two share another full bath) laundry is upstairs as is a pool table. The hosts thought of everything and they even had a high chair and……

“Hard to rate this because we didn't stay. We arrived at the location with zero information on check-in, other than the address. We reached out to the owner and heard nothing, and the voicemail was full and out texts went unanswered. The property had people going in and out of the main house, but no one came out to check with us. Reached out to VRBO customer service and they got us moved to another spot for our trip. Neighborhood was nice and seemed quiet. ”

“The location was perfect. Super clean house - we totally appreciated the little extras. Comfy beds, perfect amount of space for our family. I spent quite a bit of time in the house as I worked from home some while we were there. Quiet neighborhood, very appreciative of how quickly the owner was to respond to any questions. Will be back every year for our daughter’s competition and want to book this property every time! Yuki is super sweet!”

“Very nice and cozy. Spiral staircase might be off putting to some. Clean, nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.”
