“Thanks for a wonderful stay! The property was well situated and in a safe neighborhood, the pool was unheated so pretty cold, but my kids enjoyed regardless! It was well maintained and someone came for routine service while we were there.. The game room was a huge hit with the family and the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels- pool towels too!My only feedback that I’d suggest is to leave enough dishwasher pods/laundry pods/garbage bags/toilet paper for the length of the guests……

“This home is in a great location if you’re traveling for youth sports, with a tournament at the Austin Tindall Sports Complex. Almost all of the appliances are brand new and every single one of them works perfectly. There’s plenty of space for a family of four to spread out and sleep comfortably. Seats available for 12 people to share a meal between the kitchen table and the dining room table. The pond in the back yard is fishable and has bass in it. The pool is clean and heatable. “Everything went well, the place is super clean and in order. Communication with the manager was prompt and check in was a breeze, just read the email instructions before hand and you're good. The townhouse is three floors with the master up top.”

“This house was clean.and recently updated! we really loved the pool area. It has a privacy fence all the way around and some newer furniture! It has a great vibe with some small palm trees and the colorful light in the pool which made night time even better.we really felt secluded and it was nice to have some privacy. only 20 mins from the airport,Disney and Universal. Walmart , Publix and several restaurants are all near the home. ”

“Hard to rate this because we didn't stay. We arrived at the location with zero information on check-in, other than the address. We reached out to the owner and heard nothing, and the voicemail was full and out texts went unanswered. The property had people going in and out of the main house, but no one came out to check with us. Reached out to VRBO customer service and they got us moved to another spot for our trip. Neighborhood was nice and seemed quiet. ”

“This place was perfect! Exactly as pictured - even better!! We stayed for a family wedding and could not be happier with the size and layout of the house and the property location in regards to all major attractions in Central Florida! The place was immaculate and well-stocked! The rooms were very comfortable and big - the many bathrooms were so nice. Next door is a gator attraction with a pub and gift shop - highly highly recommend - especially the boat tours!! We would DEFINITELY stay here……

“The stay was great. There was a slight smell of a chemical odor but not overwhelming. The bed was comfy with clean sheets and there were enough clean towels. Made friends with the local cat. Overall, its was a great stay!”

“The place was very clean, decorated like a nice hotel. It is well water so there's a slight smell to the water, but nothing bad. Suggest bringing drinking water. Note: The piano is non-functional (big disappointment to us as we book for the pianos). No grill either, just note that. No TV's in rooms. Each room has it's own bathroom. Overall very nice place.”
