“Not a good experience. 1) No Room Heaters/Central Air Conditioning. With temperatures dipping to single digits, it was quite uncomfortable for my old parents during night. 2) Pretty much no option in Breakfast. 3) Distance to Main Nathdwara temple from Hotel is 3kms, not 1 km as they had mentioned online”

“Everything was superb about this property (stayed here couple of years ago) but this time wifi wasn't working inside the bedroom. Had to go to reception to get wifi. That was a big disappointment. They need to be sure this issue is fixed going forward! Excellent food in the restaurant! ”

“okay for a one night stay. autos managed fairly by hotel staff. Hot water is on request-TV is payable-wifi is intermittent - breakfast is a "no no" I would stay again as the rooms are fairly acceptable”

“Purely Fake hotel, They have checked In on my behalf, Since I was not available as this booking was made mistakenly and they were Aware of it so did check in for some other customer on my behalf. a big lier managment. Worst ever seen managemnt of both hotel and expedia.”

“Had booked based on information provided that says 7 min walk from Nathdwara temple. After booking have tried to contact them on number provided multiple times but did not get response. After reaching Nathdwara no one was aware about location for this. Had to search for another hotel with family. After 3 days got response saying it is 23 minutes drive from Nathdwara and money can not be refunded.”
