“Property is good but not 5 star”

“We stayed here for the first time mostly due to location as it’s very close to the temple. It turned out to be a great overall experience due to cleanliness of the place, huge rooms, friendly staff and good food. We will definitely go back there. ”

“Purely Fake hotel, They have checked In on my behalf, Since I was not available as this booking was made mistakenly and they were Aware of it so did check in for some other customer on my behalf. a big lier managment. Worst ever seen managemnt of both hotel and expedia.”

“Had booked based on information provided that says 7 min walk from Nathdwara temple. After booking have tried to contact them on number provided multiple times but did not get response. After reaching Nathdwara no one was aware about location for this. Had to search for another hotel with family. After 3 days got response saying it is 23 minutes drive from Nathdwara and money can not be refunded.”

“Bad service, they didn’t mention check in time but only check out time, so when my parent reached early they had to wait for 6 hours to check in ”

“We had the worst experience with this hotel. Payed almost double the amount and it was super dirty- sheets and pillows had stains, blankets were heavily stained. No hot showers either- freezing cold water during winters. ”

“Great place to stay with family new property. Very clean and offers all the amenities that is needed. Including elevator. And only 2 minute walk from Shreeji temple. ”
