“I should have known it was too good to be true. I booked this on Feb. 6 2025 for a stay in March, the 11th through the 16th. I never received any information or communication from the property before our stay, as on the sight I was supposed to get an email 72 hours before arrival. They were not available the night we got there, at midnight, so we had to find another place to stay. The next morning I called the phone number to the property. “At first site I was Leary but a neighborhood garage owner befriended us and made sure we were safe by even setting up cones in the street to secure a parking space. The host Mr. Smith was very kind and patient and provided all the info we needed. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we required. It was a challenge with the winding staircase for 3 senior ladies but we got along fine climbing them several times a day. I loved the historical feel of the brick and staircase.. Mr. Smith……
