Relax, unwind, and enjoy the Coastside from this cozy one-bedroom unit centrally located to enjoy all the Half Moon Bay Area has to offer. Just a 20-minute walk to Pillar Point Harbor, the Miramar Beach Restaurant, or a 15-minute walk to Surfer’s Beach, this unit provides easy access to the highlights of the coast.

Great location and base to enjoy local activities, attend events at the Oceano or Maverick’s, or just simply enjoy the restaurants and brew-pubs on the coast.

This 1-bedroom apartment is the lower level of a 2-story home. You'll have a private entrance and your own driveway. It has a comfortable living room with a wall-mounted smart television for you to access your streaming services.

The bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed with a full closet. A single, full bathroom with a convenient tub/shower combination, with all towels provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences, including a refrigerator, electric range/oven, microwave, and a coffee maker, ensuring that your stay, whether for a single night or an extended week-long escape, is nothing short of seamless and convenient.

There is also a small paver patio with comfortable outdoor furniture and a firepit for your use, just outside your front door.

The unit is equipped with a newly installed mini-split HVAC system that will allow you to heat or cool rooms to your comfort level.

Situated on the ground floor, this unit offers complete privacy, and while there is a larger 3-bedroom unit on the upper floor (perfect for accommodating larger groups), rest assured that your space is entirely your own. Additionally, your dedicated driveway provides parking for your vehicle, ensuring that your stay is as stress-free as it is restful.

This unit is comfortable walking distance, with a moderate elevation change, to Pillar Point Harbor, and Miramar, with a roughly 20-minute walk to both. Less than a 15-minute walk to Surfer’s Beach and the locally favorite Spangler’s Market make this location an ideal spot. A perfect home to access all the area has to offer, including the Coastal Trail, restaurants, kayaking, weddings, or just soaking in the coastal vibes. It's an ideal retreat for those looking to unwind by the coast and enjoy the beauty of this charming coastal neighborhood.

1. This is a lower-unit home. There may be guests in our 3-bedroom unit upstairs during your stay.
2. Pets are not permitted.
3. Please note the home is not baby/child-proofed
4. Parties are not permitted.
5. There is no smoking on the property.
6. This home is in a quiet neighborhood, and quiet time is 9pm-7am

    Cozy home

    Great little place for a single person or a couple. Had all the amenities you could need. It is very comfortable and relaxing. I looked forward to coming back to it at the end of each day. It felt like I was coming home. It is very well done. Beautifully decorated and nice upgrades inside and out. While I did not take advantage of the outdoor patio with chairs and fire pit, the next time I come up and have more time, I definitely will!
