I only gave 4 stars for accuracy of description because the couch can be slept on but it does not convert to a sofa bed. However, there is a loft bed in the queen room. “This home is in a great location if you plan to spend some time at Fellows Lake nearby. Groceries and Springfield are 10-15 minutes away. It is very clean and the rooms are big. It listed "hot tub" as a feature though there wasn't one outside by the pool. The master bath had a jetted tub. Maybe that is what it was talking about. Some of the the beds were also a bit firm. The owner was very attentive and friendly. I'd stay here again.”
