“The property is beautiful and the inside looks nice but that’s where the positive ends. Upon arrival at 4:00 we could not enter because there was a cleaner there still cleaning. Upon entry, a half hour later, the floors were soaking wet and slippery. The garbages were not empty in the bathrooms. The bedding was not freshly laundered. The oven was full of dirty pans(one full of oil). There was open bags of chips shoved in a kitchen drawer. The smoke detector beeped all night long because of a……

“We enjoyed our stay despite some cold and rainy weather, it was nice to relax on the screened in porch with my dogs. Property was clean and supplied with propane and firewood. It was too bad the dock was broken from a tree falling earlier in the week since I was most looking forward to it, it would have been nice to receive advanced notice but I understand nature happens. We were still able to launch our canoe and enjoy the lake. I recommend providing fuses and instructions on resetting the……

“Melissa was very accommodating making sure we were set up properly. There was a mix up with our booking and she quickly responded and sorted us out. We had a late check-in and Melissa let us check out late for some extra time by the water. I'd recommend staying at any of Melissa's places, she was a great host.”

“Loved the full kitchen, bbq, outdoor seating and the beach, including kayaks and canoes. The cBin was perfect for our needs. I was surprised about bringing all my own linens , including blankets. I wish that prt had been communicated more than 2 days before the trip- including the blanket piece, as I didn’t think a blanket was considered linens and had a couple cold nights. With more warning, I could have made arrangements ti have everything ”

“Stayed at Eganridge 5 years ago. It has gone from a 5 star to a 2 star and was very disappointing. Even the dining room did not meet previous experience. Food had to be sent back twice. Pictures on vrbo were not of the cabin we stayed in. Flooding and sewage back up in our cottage meant we had to move to another cottage. Staff was pleasant but did not seem motivated to solve a variety of issues.”

“A wonderful home with enough space to comfortably accommodate many adults wanting to spend a relaxing time by the lake. I think any group that books this place will have a good time.I would recommend being aware of how much hot water is being used. A lot of our group couldn't take a shower that wasn't freezing.Some clearer instructions on how to deal with the garbage would also be appreciated.
