“I recently visited this property during the Canada Day long weekend and I’m in awe of the view and the hospitality Brett and Jane had to offer. This was a relaxing trip for us and we just wanted to get away from the hustle bustle of the city. This spot is also great for people who like water sports, canoeing etc. The cottage is newly renovated and located at the Haliburton lake. “This was our first cottage rental for a family of 10 getaway. Very nice setting and convenient location to nearby activities/stores.The kitchen was well stocked, had everything we needed and the whole cottage provided comfort. ( beds, pillows, furniture)The sandy beach and water depth was perfect for kids. They loved it.After a string of hot days the cottage was extremely hot. Overhead fans in 3 of the bedrooms somewhat helped, but additional portable fans for the master bedroom and living room……
