Walk to the nearby marina or stroll along Regatta Point trails, offering convenience and comfort. Only 4km to the Downtown Halifax boardwalk. Trees and the ocean meet your eyes all around. The historic Sir Sanford Fleming Park, Chocolate Lake Beach & Park and the famous Armview Restaurant are right here. Enjoy peaceful moments on the private balcony.

Features include an in-unit washer and dryer and underground parking with guest parking spaces outside. The spacious main bedroom with an ensuite and remote blinds for a peaceful sleep while you wake up to the beautiful sunshine in the morning.
