The location is pretty okay as it is downtown and near many amenities, but as mentioned in listing, it is in the noisy entertainment district right next to a bar, and the sound insulation is not great. The interior of the suites are also not the most well maintained, with heavy signs of wear. Water pressure also was not the greatest. What I found unforgivable is the sheets and pillow casings that have suspicious dirty spots on them, which makes me question the cleanliness of the place.
The "automated" nature of this hotel means that there isn't anyone to address problems directly, best you can do is call a number during business hours or send texts in other times. The check-in system is also buggy, when I checked in by following the instructions correctly, the door code I received still didn't work for the lobby door even though it was working for the luggage room. This required the tech support at the text number to manually reset the code for me, which didn't go smoothly either as the lobby had poor cell reception, meaning messages are sent with significant delays.
The only thing this hotel has going for it is the fact it does have most things you expect from an apartment, such as a kitchen stocked with cookware, cutlery, bowls and plates, TV and couch, table, desk, and chairs, full-sized stove and fridge, etc. Only thing that didn't seem available would be laundry machines.
