Nice clean bathroom, decent area for the price. Noisy pipes throughout the building made sleeping hard. Continental breakfast beyond mediocre (brown bananas, had to ask for bread both mornings, coffee weak as water). Good for short stay, 15mins to centre. Staff helpful if you ask.

A great place to stay right off the highway, easy peasy with access to pizza joints, shoppers drugmart, and other local conveniences. Affordable and clean, although outside rooms need security beefed up as doors and windows look a bit sketchy, That being said we stayed in rooms upstairs in the past that were perfectly fine and safe! Good price, great staff, and grab a free coffee and snack on the way out the door. Recommended for price conscious!

The parking lot is not big enough for the number of rooms available, and is laid out inconveniently. There is no walkway from the back of the property to the front, so if you have to park in the back "lot", it is unclear if there is an easy way inside the building. (There doesn't appear to be.) It is noisy, between the heating system (which doesn't seem to be controllable from inside the room), people talking and smoking directly outside the room, and the highway next door. Whoever painted the bathroom had a very artistic flair, believing that about half of the paint would look better if it was splattered all over the floor. The beds were metal and very squeaky...but they were otherwise comfortable.

I have to say there is a noise in the room sounded like he was coming from event somewhere kept hearing this banging then it would stop and it would come back. It would stop other than that. Made a little annoying for sleeping.

It was quaint in a residential area and fairly quiet and clean. However we found a bunch of long hair in the bed that did not belong to us. The room was too hot 27° and the thermostat didn't work, we set it at 17° with no change. When we advised the desk clerck she said she was sorry but never offered any rebate.
