Parking was far away and cost $30 extra. The A/C was not cooling the room at all. Staff was not helpful in the least to rectify this problem.

The AC could use some tunning up. I did not find it made it to temperature at all, but was running. The wallpaper in my room was starting to peel off as well. I also found the bed frame to be in disrepair, not that it affected my sleep but the footings were twisting when hit.

Parking not convenient, was not on property. Room was dated and old. Had no water because the city was replacing pipes, complementary water should have been provided or at least free parking or something for the inconvenience.

Our last day at your hotel (Oct 14) - unfortunately we did not have hot water and therefore made for showering VERY uncomfortable.

I did not have a car to park. Easily walkable area.. close to harbor, dining, shopping.. Citadel, Casino and Public Gardens close. Staff excellent.

Lobby area is modern but rooms and common areas need refreshing, including upgraded thermostat and bathroom ventilation in rooms. The bathroom (shower tile grout) in my room was not clean; the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Indoor pool and fitness area was good. If driving, at check-in (and out), use the loading zone at reception before parking (building across the street). For able-bodied guests, once streetside, you can use the crosswalk. Mobility-challenged guests must navigate to the appropriate level in an office lobby food court, find the skybridge, then take a long walk, escalator, and another long walk to reception. The hotel is at the north end of the beautiful waterfront district. Easily walkable to the waterfront, but complex (and long) to navigate using the skybridge.

Hotel location could not have been better. We did have an issue with having our room cleaned, must have been missed, however, we did enjoy our complimentary breakfast.

Property is old, not well maintained, there is no parking available and the staff directs you across the street to the most expensive parking in the area. I asked if there was possibly street parking and I was told there was not. However, I found street parking less than a block from the hotel. We also found a Parkade block and a half from the hotel for eight dollars a day.
