The dock was very nice and had a great place to dock our boat and area for the kids to jump off the dock and swim. The neighbors were very friendly. When I contacted the main line, customer service was rude, and the rep who eventually returned our call was dismissive.Upon arrival, we found the outdoor water feature filled with leaves and stagnant water—a potential breeding ground for mosquitoes and an obvious safety concern. When I raised this, I was told, “Nobody has ever complained about that before,” which felt dismissive rather than……

“We had 9 adults and 5 children on our trip and never felt crowded. There was plenty of room indoors for large groups, along with great outdoor space plus a large enough table for everyone to eat at the same time. The game closet, ping pong table, and swing were great additions. Perfect location to get away, while also being close enough to some great activities. Some things do need to be updated/fixed up (outdoor play area, one of the bathtubs, carpet), but overall it was a good stay and the……
