“This spot was a great place to meet, we came from the north and our family came from south of there. The house had a great layout w the two master suites being in either end of the living room/kitchen area. “The pictures don’t do this place justice at all. It was absolutely beautiful and amazing. My son and I did a father son get away before he leaves for boot camp. We fished for 2 days. “I rented this house for my husband and his buddy for their annual fishing trip. He could not say enough good about it! He said the location was perfect, the house was immaculately clean and very well stocked with all the kitchen supplies, linens, etc., that you would need.Pat, the host was very responsive with any questions. My husband and his fishing buddy plan to rent it again for next years trip. I highly recommend this house, you won’t be disappointed.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. We spent every day down on the dock and when it warmed up enough we were in the water. We had fun watching the swallows that next under the boat house zooming around. The house had everything we could possibly need. Be sure to check out two of the local eateries, Getting sauced in the city and Jenny Cakes. Cute places with really nice owners. It was a great week of relaxing. ”

“This was a beautiful stay at Wake and Lake. If you want a gorgeous view, all the amenities and comfy accommodations this is the house for you. “We booked this property late in the season. Great location in quiet cove. The photos were close to fully representing the house with the exception of there not being closets in two of the bedrooms. No dressers or closets in the two upstairs rooms .linens were clean and the property was well maintained in the quiet culdesac. We used the kayak available and the boathouse for our rented pontoon boat. A great getaway for our family of 4 adults and 4 kids.”
