“Check in and arrival: The place really needs a welcome binder. It would be helpful to have everything in one place. For example we could not find parking passes during our visit or the WiFi password. I had to email him and ask him for it.The access code was given the day of, which was great. Beds: Mattresses in some rooms clearly have not been updated in quite some time. Linens, pillows and sheets were nice!
