“Amazing property with everything anyone could need for a comfortable and fun stay. A vehicle is essential but the villa is so nice, you won’t feel like going out anyway. Just enough host visits to make sure we were happy without be obtrusive. Would highly, highly recommend and would live to return”

“This was a last minute trip, we have been to the island before so we knew where we wanted to stay. On the beach if possible away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger towns. This place turned out to be perfect for what our needs were. We walked 2 minutes to the beach, there were maybe 4-6 people there, most of the time we had the beach to ourselves. Close to local food, and grocery store, and only an hour from the airport.Really was a nice place.”

“We have just returned from an amazing 2 weeks in Villa Chevalier. The villa itself was fantastic - very well equipped & the beautiful pool & air conditioning were a must in the heatwave. The villa was spotlessly clean, very private, peacful & well equipped. There was a great little supermarket, butchers & ice cream parlour within a couple of minutes drive or quick walk. It was very well situated for walking to the local beach & a handful of lovely restaurants where the staff were very friendly &……

“Villa Filia was absolutely wonderful. Great location in Gennadi to the center of town. Very short drive to beach. Plenty of space for 6-7 people. Kitchen is beautiful! Patio is private. The terraces for each bedroom were wonderful! Having a washing machine and dish washing machine was a major plus! We will 100% stay here again next time we visit family in Gennadi. Thank you Ulrich!! You were a pleasure to work with.”

“Es hat alles super geklappt. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sauber und toll eingerichtet. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Abends auf dem Balkon zu sitzen war wunderschön. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.”

“Wir waren zu viert (4 Mädels ca. 25-29 Jahre alt) in der Villa. Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit in dem sehr einheimischen Ort Salakos. Die Villa ist ein Traum und bietet alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Zudem waren bereits einige Vorräte im Haus vorhanden, das war super. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Annie war auch super und unkompliziert. Sie wohnt ebenfalls in Salakos. Die Einheimischen sind alle sehr liebenswert und unfassbar freundlich! Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt……

“This place has aged well since the photos were taken. Now there are beautiful fruit trees around the pool it feels immersed in nature.We gorged on grapes from the vines and used lemons on our salads. The plums were good too.The pool itself needs a little tlc as a few tiles have come off... im sure its on his todo list.The sofa is now a comfy leather one, not the hard wooden one in photo. And there are sun beds around the pool. Its all super comfy! Traditional styling, with modern needs.I asked……

“Appartamento fronte spiaggia in una location semplicemente incantevole e strategica per muoversi alla scoperta dell'isola restando fuori dal caos delle zone più turistiche. Host sempre disponibile e gentilissimo, appartemento ampio e fornito di tutto il necessario, market a 2 minuti di auto (10minuti a piedi), diversi ristoranti a portata di passeggiata. La casa è praticamente in spiaggia, e di lato c'è anche una piccola zona attrezzata a pagamento con waterpark di gonfiabili. Siamo stati……
