“我們訂的是湖景含早餐，但分配給我們的房間不在主建築物內，還要請人搬行李至山上的第三住宿區，（走路至少五分鐘至十分鐘），而且有樓梯要自己爬，相當辛苦，且房間內浴室內並無設置安全扶手，且有一間房都無浴缸，無法泡澡，雖有陽台可欣賞湖光山色，美中不足”

“We arrived in Hallstatt around 3pm and found a parking spot in P1. It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the VRBO. There is a shuttle available, but I cannot comment on that. The key was in a lock box beside the VRBO, on the Seeside Café wall. You have to climb stairs to get to your room. Upon walking in, the lake view immediately draws you in! It is breathtaking! “I booked this apartment for the view and the price. The view was so amazing, almost the best in town I'll bet. This is an apartment, not a hotel, so don't expect amenities. (I did not). 2 bedrooms and a bath. The beds were comfortable and clean. The pictures are accurate. It was very humid when we stayed. A fan would have been a great addition..Communications with the property were very good. Someone in the cafe next door was very helpful with our questions. You do have to carry your luggage up……
