Unique holiday home near Hou/Hals

Welcome to a modern and inviting holiday home from 2015 with space for 6 people – a place where comfort and relaxation go hand in hand. The house is 99 m² and features two bright bedrooms with double beds and a spacious loft with standing height and sleeping space for two. In the living room, you’ll find a cozy wood-burning stove and a charming alcove with glass panels – perfect for relaxing with a good book or playing games with the family.



The kitchen and living room are on split levels, creating a unique and cozy atmosphere. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a convenient stay. The bright décor and open spaces provide a relaxed ambiance, and with both a heat pump and a wood stove, the house is comfortable all year round. Free Wi-Fi ensures you can stay connected – or stream a movie after a day in nature.



Outside, the garden offers small, cozy corners where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun. The large wooden terrace with windbreaks invites you to spend long summer days under the open sky. Wunderbares Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung und tollem Ambiente in sehr ruhiger Lage. Nur 1,5 km zum nächsten Ort und Strand. Großer Garten, mit Holz beheizter Hot-Tub und Billard-Tisch. Voll ausgestattete Küche, lediglich für die Betten wäre ein rückenfreundliches Update wünschenswert. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr sauber und technisch auf dem neuesten Stand. Sehr gut geeignet auch für Ferien mit Kindern. Wir würden wieder kommen.
