不满意：清洁度、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
I regretfully give this hotel 1 star due to a series of disappointing experiences. Initially, everything seemed fine, but that quickly changed. The elevator was out of service, and being on the third floor meant I had to carry my baby up several flights of stairs—a challenging task.
The breakfast offered was far from satisfactory; it consisted of a stale roll, poor-quality coffee, and an apple, which hardly qualifies as a proper meal to start the day.
Additionally, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable. I encountered several guests who appeared unusual and emitted unpleasant odors, and there were incidents that I prefer not to detail, particularly during the night.
The hotel’s hallways had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom in my room was in an unacceptable condition. Considering I paid nearly $200 for this stay, I felt completely let down.
This establishment has a seedy vibe and is not suitable for families. My group consisted of 21 people, including several children, and we were eager to leave as soon as possible. Although checkout is at 11 AM, we opted to depart around 6 or 7 AM instead.
I will not be returning to this hotel in the future
