There isn’t anything wrong with the hotel and it’s convenient if you have a function at the convention center like we did, but I wouldn’t stay again. While I do appreciate the reimagining of the old Factory, I feel that the rooms could have been more personal and better lit. The lack of decor and really bad lighting made my friend and I feel like we were sleeping in, well, a warehouse. The floor of our room had paint on the concrete, the rug was too short for the room, and there wasn’t even a coffee maker in the room. For over 200$ a night with discounts included, I’d rather go to a more comfortable hotel with a warm floor and good lighting.
The staff was wonderful though and we had a very comfortable bed.
