Hotel seems sketchy! Side door does not have any lock! Creeps can come and go as they please. There’s a key pad but does not work. Door opens freely. Very concerning! Clogged tub would not drain water efficiently.

I highly recommend NOT staying at this Days Inn unless you’re conditioned to sub-standard basic accommodations. After traveling for 4 hours, my guests and I arrived at this Inn late and exhausted with the simple expectations of unwinding and resting in clean, functioning rooms. OUR LOSS!!! That was NOT the case. Shortly after my guest settled in with their bags and attempted to securely lock their door with the security hinge for an added layer of protection, it broke. I then had to leave my room to go to the front desk to request a room change. I gave my room to my guest so as not to inconvenience them anymore. Both rooms for myself and my guest had poorly working showers that eventually forced us to shower in bath water due to a significantly slow drain. So much for a relaxing shower unless we had worn boots in the tub!!! Not to mention the new room has numerous other deficits: one non-functioning lamp, a non-functioning refrigerator sufficient to keep your food “WARM” and a toilet paper roll handle that eventually broke during the stay. At check out the next day when these deficiencies were brought to the attention of the front dear personnel, a “So sorry” was issued. To anyone that values their time, energy, money, hygiene and sleep, BEWARE BOOKING AT THIS DAYS INN!!!

I stay there for 3 nights to begin with the when I got the rooms the bathroom door handles were broken doors missing eye glass floors dirty bed was falling apart making all kinds of noise from the frame's The rooms were not getting cleaned I had to go and complain at the front desk the first day they send someone to fix the room after complaining the other days they say that they only fix the rooms every 3 days and that they had no one to fix the rooms. The hallways smelling a very strong mariguana smell Floors dirty. It was very uncomfortable staying there in all ways. I would never stay there again. At this time I’m not sure if I want to keep on trusting Xpedia with my reservations.. Extremely terrible experience and service..

I have never had such of horrible service anywhere I have been. I have stay in too many different places and cities and countries and no place has been as dirty and disgusting as this one. I got 2 rooms one both rooms bathroom door handles broken one door missing eye glass. Floors dirty and a whole bunch of other inconveniences. I reserved one room for 2 nights and one for 3 nights and any of those days rooms didn’t hot cleaned. First night o complained and they went and fix it but the other days they say that the personal that clean the room left and they had no one to cleaned for me if I wanted to go and get some clean towels in the front desk. The mariguana smell was true the whole hallway And it was extremely disgusting. This is pathetic and I would never stay in any of this facility’s on my life.. I don’t know if I can trust Expedia with my reservations anymore.

Unwilling to work with Expedia, whom I booked through and process my refund. I didn't actually stay in the hotel room I purchased that night. Other than that, the atmosphere was friendly and the room was decent enough.
