The side porch off of the kitchen and the Master Bedroom offers 6 bar top seats, Table that seats 8 and 4 rocking lounge chairs for a nice cup of coffee. The pool, hot tub and sauna area are shared with the other two other STR's on the property. These two other STR's sleep 2 people each. We are 3 minutes from all of downtown Hammond and 2 minutes to Southeastern Louisiana University. We are only 45 minutes to New Orleans, 18 minutes to Mandeville/Covington and 35 minutes to Baton Rouge. This Home has all the amazing things that any large group would like to have. We have a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Ping Pong, Gaming Table, Library, Piano Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna and Sleeps 17 people in beds. We have 3 King beds, 4 Queen beds, 1 Full and 1 twin bed. The house has a fresh remodel with a Double Oven, Double Fridge and a Fridge on the back Porch. Every Room has a smart TV and we have a Smart TV on the side porch. If your group needs more than 17 places to sleep you can rent one or both of the other STR's.
