Cabin has 5 Bedrooms w/ Queen beds and 2 full bathrooms offering MAX privacy along w/2 Queen couches in large 32' X 24' living room & deck overlooking water & Pier! Cabin has 2 Smart TVs(75" & 55") & 9' Slate Pool Table & large gas grill on deck! 2 two person Kayaks included w/life preservers!

Cabin at strategic fishing location on Indian River near mouth of Black Lake w/fish cleaning station w/ access to Black Lake.

Alexandria Bay, 1000 Islands w/2 fabulous castles, St Lawrence River & Canada 15 minutes away!

The Space:
Fabulous roomy living room(32' X 24') with quality 9' Slate Pool Table & new 75" Smart TV for your Streaming watching pleasure!
Unmatched privacy for your sleeping pleasure as it has 5 separate sleeping rooms!! Heat pump combination air and heat in cabin for all weather conditions.
We now have added two amenities in the Cabin to improve the experience when in the Cabin!
We have added a large Dehumidifier to help with cooling the home and assisting the two air conditioners.
Also we added a large Air Purifier to continously improve the quality of air you breath and it may help if anyone has any allergies!

Guest Access:
There is a luggage drop off area right in front of steps leading to the entry door. The parking area is pretty close as well as it's on the left before you get up to the home. It will support at least 3-4 vehicles and at least 1 boat trailer.

The Neighborhood:
The area around the Cabin is secluded on a back road with Cabin tucked into the woods overlooking Indian River.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is car or truck!

Other Things to Note:
There is a 2nd Refrigerator/Freezer in the Living Room to put those extra drink or food items and freezer to store your Catch! also, a 55" Smart TV in Kitchen/Dining Room.

I am available via phone or text or email anytime. Also another plus is my Manager lives just 15 minutes from the Cabin!!
