“Charming cottage was just as was listed on vrbo listing…It is cute and comfortable, had all the amenities we needed for our week long stay. Appreciated the parking available as was able to leave car there and walk to St Mary’s. The host of this vrbo was very helpful and responded very timely to messages sent to him. I would definitely stay there again.”

“We came to lake city for a family boating vacation. This house is in a great location. It is walking distance to downtown lake city and the Marina. The house is very roomy on the inside. The finished garage is a great gathering place. The deck is very secluded for hanging out. The bedrooms are all very spacious with great sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is one of the most stocked with items that I have seen at a vrbo, Thank you for letting us stay at your house.”

“Chris was very responsive and always had an open line of communication with us. The house was a little dated and creaky, but insanely charming and cozy! The only thing I will note (and may have missed in the listing) is the AC for the house is just two window units upstairs, but it still remained nice and cool throughout the house while we were there and did not cause us any issues!”

“This cutie of a home was very clean and had everything we could need for a stay in Rochester. Quiet neighborhood. Corner lot VRBO with parking. The host was responsive, offered an earlier check in, had chocolate as a thank you for us, k-cups and tea, and even a well instructed guide book for the checkout process and use of items in the home.We would recommend this place and we would return here for another stay.”
